Database

What data breach procedures we have in place
On identifying a breach of data, we aim to inform all customers within 24 hours of the breach and to inform the appropriate authorities. Only customer payment dates and amounts are kept by THENGA, all sensitive financial data regarding invoice payments are held by our accounting service (Fortnox).
What third parties we receive data from
You may be referred to our service by trädgårdsproffesion.se or by a garden designer. In either case, we receive only basic contact information and the reasons for the referral.
